“白加黑”、“白改黑”的(de)問(wen)題(ti)是(shi)(shi)反射裂縫。國內(nei)外研究表(biao)明(ming),針對該問(wen)題(ti)目前較成功的(de)做法是(shi)(shi)采用舊水(shui)(shui)泥(ni)混凝(ning)土(tu)路(lu)面(mian)碎(sui)石化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)。該技(ji)術(shu)是(shi)(shi)將水(shui)(shui)泥(ni)混凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)面(mian)板(ban),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)設(she)備一次性(xing)破碎(sui)為(wei)碎(sui)塊柔性(xing)結構,因破碎(sui)后(hou)顆粒粒徑小(xiao),力學(xue)模式(shi)更趨于級配碎(sui)石,因而將其命名(ming)為(wei)碎(sui)石化(hua)。共(gong)(gong)振(zhen)破碎(sui)機通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)振(zhen)動(dong)體帶動(dong)工(gong)作錘(chui)頭振(zhen)動(dong),錘(chui)頭與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)接觸,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)調節錘(chui)頭的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)頻率(lv),使其接近水(shui)(shui)泥(ni)混凝(ning)土(tu)面(mian)板(ban)的(de)固有頻率(lv),引(yin)起水(shui)(shui)泥(ni)混凝(ning)土(tu)面(mian)板(ban)在錘(chui)頭下局(ju)部范圍內(nei)產生共(gong)(gong)振(zhen),使混凝(ning)土(tu)內(nei)部顆粒間的(de)內(nei)有摩擦阻(zu)力迅速減小(xiao)而崩潰,即可將水(shui)(shui)泥(ni)混凝(ning)土(tu)面(mian)板(ban)擊(ji)碎(sui)。






共(gong)振(zhen)(zhen)式(shi)破(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)機主要由(you)3部分組成:電腦終端系統,工作錘(chui)頭(tou),振(zhen)(zhen)動梁(liang)(liang)。工作錘(chui)頭(tou)與(yu)路面(mian)(mian)(mian)接觸且裝(zhuang)有傳感(gan)器,電腦終端系統感(gan)應被(bei)擊物體(ti)的(de)(de)頻(pin)(pin)率(lv),通過(guo)傳感(gan)器將這種自有頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)發送給(gei)工作錘(chui),并利用振(zhen)(zhen)動梁(liang)(liang)帶(dai)動錘(chui)頭(tou)振(zhen)(zhen)動,使錘(chui)頭(tou)的(de)(de)振(zhen)(zhen)動頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)與(yu)水(shui)泥路面(mian)(mian)(mian)板(ban)的(de)(de)頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)基本一致,進而達到共(gong)振(zhen)(zhen),使水(shui)泥混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)路面(mian)(mian)(mian)破(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)。而共(gong)振(zhen)(zhen)破(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)工藝(yi)的(de)(de)是共(gong)振(zhen)(zhen)破(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)機,與(yu)普通的(de)(de)液壓破(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)錘(chui)相(xiang)比,其破(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)錘(chui)頭(tou)以高頻(pin)(pin)低幅的(de)(de)方式(shi)擊碎(sui)(sui)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu),振(zhen)(zhen)動頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)接近混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)(de)固有頻(pin)(pin)率(lv),激(ji)發混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)局部范圍(wei)產生共(gong)振(zhen)(zhen),使內(nei)部顆粒間(jian)的(de)(de)內(nei)摩擦(ca)阻力迅速減小(xiao)而崩潰,輕而易舉的(de)(de)將混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)表面(mian)(mian)(mian)擊碎(sui)(sui)。

鄂式破(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)機(ji)的結構主要有機(ji)架、偏(pian)(pian)心(xin)軸、大皮帶輪、飛輪、動(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂、側護板(ban)、肘(zhou)板(ban)、肘(zhou)板(ban)后座、調隙螺桿、復位彈簧(huang)(huang)、固定鄂板(ban)與(yu)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂板(ban)等組(zu)成,其中(zhong)肘(zhou)板(ban)還起到保(bao)險作用。該系列鄂式破(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)機(ji)破(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)方(fang)式為曲動(dong)(dong)(dong)擠壓(ya)型,電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)皮帶和(he)皮帶輪,通過偏(pian)(pian)心(xin)軸使動(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂上下(xia)(xia)運動(dong)(dong)(dong),當(dang)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂上升時(shi)肘(zhou)板(ban)和(he)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂間夾(jia)角(jiao)變(bian)大,從而推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂板(ban)向定鄂板(ban)接近,與(yu)此同時(shi)物(wu)料(liao)被擠壓(ya)、搓(cuo)、碾等多重破(po)(po)(po)碎(sui);當(dang)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂下(xia)(xia)行時(shi),肘(zhou)板(ban)和(he)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂間夾(jia)角(jiao)變(bian)小,動(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂板(ban)在拉桿、彈簧(huang)(huang)的作用下(xia)(xia)離開定鄂板(ban),此時(shi)已(yi)破(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)物(wu)料(liao)從破(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)腔下(xia)(xia)口(kou)排(pai)出,隨著電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)連(lian)續轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)破(po)(po)(po)碎(sui)機(ji)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂作周期性的壓(ya)碎(sui)和(he)排(pai)料(liao),實現批(pi)量生產。
